1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plan subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial payment.
  • Refunds are available for the first billing period only. Renewals are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at support@shotique.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include the email address associated with your account.
  • Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund (optional but helpful).

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges, please also cancel through the Billing section of your account. You can access the Stripe customer portal from there to manage your subscription.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis outside the standard 30-day window in exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures that prevented you from using the service. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
